Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish and set aside.

Prepare the Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with its juice), sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk until smooth and fully incorporated.

Assemble the Dish

Baking
