  • 12 wt wonton wrappers Cut into triangles.

Make the crispy wonton chips

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Cut wonton wrappers into triangles.
  • Lay them on a baking sheet and lightly brush or spray with oil. Sprinkle a tiny bit of salt.
  • Bake for about 6 to 9 minutes, flipping once if desired. Watch closely as they can brown quickly.
  • Let them cool; they will crisp up more as they sit.

Mix and bake the dip

  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, and a little salt and pepper.
  • Fold in the crab gently to avoid smashing it.
  • Spread the mixture in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 375°F for about 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes for a golden top, watching closely.
  • Let the dip sit for about 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with extra green onions if desired.
