  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste

Cooking the Pasta

  • Boil the pasta in well salted water until just done, checking at 9 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and rinse it briefly with cool water to stop the cooking.

Mixing the Salad
