Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
  • Add vanilla and a pinch of salt, then gradually mix in powdered sugar until a dough forms. Adjust sweetness as needed.
  • Roll into small balls, about 1 inch wide, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Dipping

  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Dip the chilled balls into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back on the parchment.
