  • Saute the veggies: Warm a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until they soften, about 4 to 5 minutes. Toss in the garlic for the last 30 seconds so it does not burn.
  • Brown the chicken: Add the ground chicken and break it up with a spoon. Cook until it is no longer pink. Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning while it cooks.
  • Build the sauce: Stir in tomato sauce or ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and a small splash of water or broth if it looks too thick. Add hot sauce if desired. Let it simmer for about 6 to 8 minutes.
