Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and grab a baking dish, something like an 8x8.
  • In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until it looks mostly smooth.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken and about two thirds of the shredded cheese, mixing until the chicken is coated.
  • Spread the mixture into your baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbling around the edges. Broil for an additional 1 to 2 minutes if you want a more golden top.

Note

Let the dip sit for about 5 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days. Can be prepared ahead of time and reheated. Transport unbaked if going somewhere, then bake at the host’s house for the best aroma.
