For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tbsp sriracha Adjust for desired spiciness.
  • 1 tbsp lime juice Or a splash of rice vinegar.
  • 1 pinch salt If needed.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the salmon chunks dry with paper towels.
  • Toss the salmon pieces with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.

Cooking

  • Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, checking for doneness. They should be flaky and opaque.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and salt.

Serving

  • Serve the cooked salmon bites hot, drizzled with the Bang Bang sauce and extra sauce on the side for dipping.
